I do not believe in atheists. Atheists do not truly believe in atheism. The moment a person claims to disbelieve in God, he is simply elevating himself to being his own god. I am fully aware that some people will disagree with my assertion, but I believe my thesis is the most logical.
Atheism is the essence of Satanism, it is the soul of Humanism. Atheism is the equivalent of a child who hastily runs away from home and arrogantly believes he will acquire freedom. The runaway child may feel like he is running toward liberating independence, until he realizes that he is without the provisions of his parents and no longer under their protection. The child predictably becomes tainted. He knows his parents exist, but in stubborn defiance the child lives in denial and revels in being estranged from his own parents. The cognitive dissonance of this child is comparable to atheism. Stipulated, I know there are instances when parents do drive their children away, such as physical, psychological, and unfortunately even sexual abuse. However, I am referring to a situation when a child runs away from loving parents, who may be imperfect, but who also reasonably discipline their child.
Ironically, the effects of bad parenting, especially fatherless or abusive homes, very often result in people becoming atheists. Anecdotally, it is believed that men have a higher frequency of becoming atheists, when they have had traumatic relationships with their fathers (although women can also turn to atheism because of the same reason). Of course, this makes sense. A child's earthly father is in many ways a representation of his heavenly father. So, when a child's earthly father is malevolent, he can understandably develop an intense rebellion against his heavenly father to the point that he denies His existence. Does this mean the child is absolved of his personal accountability to acknowledge God and serve Him? No.
"The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God.'" Psalm 14:1
Let us examine two main points of this verse:
1. The nature of the human heart.
2. The denial of God's existence.
1. Before the formal scientific study of physiology was developed, "The Ancients" used to believe that human intellect was found in the heart, not the brain. Even the holy Scriptures reflect this antiquated belief (albeit poetically), "Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life." Proverbs 4:23. For millennia desires and emotions were understood as the functions of the human heart, which is why it was referenced as the source of love and affection in countless poems and songs. However, the heart was also understood to be deceiving, and be the representative of hedonism, "The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; Who can understand it?" Jeremiah 17:9.
2. Although various false religions of the world throughout history have been deceived, and absent of the absolute Truth, even they had a natural baseline of truth, because the foundations of these religions were based on some sort of god(s) or higher power. Even deism, atheism's cousin, recognized the reality of a supreme entity of the universe. I believe every person is born with the psychological faculty of an awareness of God, and each person can process that God consciousness differently. However, it is absolutely ridiculous, foolish to claim there is no God. This proclamation would be amusing, if it was not so depressing and sad to know that some people rationalize this position.
Atheism is the spirit of the unholy trinity. It is the venom of Satan's serpent, and it is the heart of human nature. If a person can find a way to dismiss and ignore God, he can champion his own moral agenda. His fleshly desires can be pursued in lieu of obeying God's commandments.
